Cancellation Policy
Program enrollment closes 2 weeks prior to the start date of the chosen program. Cancellations will incur a 3% cancellation fee (to cover credit card fee loses). Cancellations made >60 days prior to the start date of the chosen program will receive a 97% refund. Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior to the start date of the chosen program will receive a 47% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the chosen program will not receive a refund. Please contact us at info@sanstep.org to reschedule/change program dates.
